ALL DAY EXCURSION: Grapevine Vintage Railroad: Train ride to Ft. Worth Stockyards to watch real Texas cowboys drive a herd of Texas longhorns down Exchange Avenue during the historic daily Cattle Drive (which takes place daily, at 11:30 and 4pm) through the city streets. Train check-in is in downtown Grapevine at the Grapevine Vintage Railroad Depot between 11:30 and 12:30 and departs approximately at 12:50pm. It’s a 2 hour train ride to Ft. Worth’s Historic Stockyards. You’ll have 2 hours there to explore, shop and eat, and watch the cattle drive through the city streets and get back on the train back to Grapevine and arrive there around 7:15pm. (A 25-30 minute drive from our office)
Tour South Fork Ranch, Tour the famous site where the TV show, Dallas, was filmed. Includes lunch and roundtrip transportation from JFK Memorial Plaza in Dallas (A 12 minute drive from our office)
A FULL DAY / 1 1/2 HOUR DRIVE (You need your own car):
Dinosaur Valley State Park: A 1 1/2 hour drive. You can see real dinosaur tracks/fossils, and giant models of all kinds of dinosaurs. $7 adults/kids free

(VERY POPULAR): Reunion Tower Get a Beautiful 360-degree view of Dallas from the observation deck of this iconic tower 470 feet above the city. (A 13 minute drive from our office) They have a fine dining restaurant called Crown Block at the top .It makes for a memorable evening, overlooking the city from above at night. (Note: They do have a strict dress code, so check out the website before making your reservations)
Klyde Warren Park Relax and enjoy activities in this urban park built over a freeway. (A 10 minute drive from our office)
