Begin Orthodontic treatment. The goal is to make the front teeth spacing equal. This requires brackets on just the six front teeth.

At 4 months, the spacing is ideal. The day the orthodontic brackets are removed, the teeth are prepared for 5 veneers and 1 crown. This decision was based on the amount of tooth structure loss on the right central incisor.
The key to preventing tooth movement is to make the temporaries this day. The temporary restorations will hold the teeth from moving. Please excuse the cement at the right front tooth, this picture was taken before cement removal.
