Pre-treatment, lips retracted, frontal view. Some people wait so long to fix their teeth that there is nothing left to work with. This patient has severe wear (abrasion and erosion). Because the prognosis (predicted chance of success) is poor he was recommended implants.

Teeth are removed and dental implants placed. The metal extensions you see are the delivery mounts. These can be used to help make the implants parallel which helps with the final aesthetic outcome.

An immediate, fixed (non-removable) bridge is fabricated on the day of surgery. This is much more comfortable than a temporary, removable partial denture. This patient was treated in 2009. We have been doing immediate temporary restorations for over 10 years, now.
